TERMS OF BUSINESS:
  1. The prices are per person and day(half board included); minimum stay of 4 nights
  2. The rooms are reserved once the deposit has been paid and a written confirmation given.
  3. In case of cancellation the deposit is not returned for any reason, not even for bad snow or weather conditions.
  4. Should our guests come later and/or leave earlier than booked, they will be charged 100% of the daily price until the end of the booked stay.
  5. In order to avoid financial losses it is recommendable to take out a travel cancellation insurance. For information, please refer to a travel insurance company near to you.
  6. The rooms are reserved from 14.00 hrs on the day of arrival to 10.00 hrs on the day of departure.
  7. Check-in after 22.00 hrs only when agreed in writing
  8. Garage (fee required), free of charge for motorbikes
  9. The Wellness Area is available to guests over 14 years
  10. No refund for missed meals, however they can be taken along as provisions.
  11. Some credit cards are welcome.
  12. Groups with more than 21 people can have special offers
  13. In the Summer dogs are allowed, except in the dining room and lounge. They stay with the owner in the bedroom. Price: 8-15 €/day (without food). Reservation needed.
